All the products purchased from plugtech.in or any other online portal is entitled to respective warranties mentioned in the listings.
Simply follow the below steps :
1. Click Here to Fill up the form with a video showing the problem facing in the product and invoice copy.
2. After receiving approval mail from our team customer please ship the product to our service center.
3. You need to ship the product with accessories if any to our service center. As soon as the product is received our Team will confirm with you by mail.
4. After receiving approval from our service center we will ship the products to the address mentioned on the invoice.
Please note that if the product received from the customer is physically or liquid damaged then the warranty gets void on immediate effect and replacement would not be given.
Product purchased from plugtech.in or any other shopping portal. The customer needs to send the original invoice at the time of returns.
Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
Returned Products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents will be which be charged Rs.500/- as a restocking fee.
The customer will be only refunded the Product value. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items will not be eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
Returns won’t be accepted in the following case :
Product is not as per your liking or satisfaction or expectation or personal taste – Since satisfaction with product performance or functionality is subjective, and all our products come in sealed, new & packaged condition; we will be unable to accept returns for this reason
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Please maintain your bill, warranty (for date validity), and packaging to fulfill the criteria for a hassle-free return.
Order Not Shipped :
If we receive a request regarding the cancellation of an order prior to shipping. We would be happy to help you with the cancellation. The customer needs to send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a cancellation request.
Order Shipped :
In case we received a request from the customer after the shipment of the product we would request you not to accept the shipment. We would refund you the Product value after deducting Rs.100/- as Shipping and handling charges.
