Limitations

Our returns and exchange services is limited to all purchases made from plugtech.in.
Shipping costs will have to be incurred by the customer to send the products along with the invoice to our service center.
If returning an item, please ship it back within 7 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return.

Plugtech 7 Days Money Back Guarantee

All products purchased directly from plugtech.in are covered by our 7-day money back guarantee. It is only applicable in the case of manufacturer defects.

Who qualifies?

The Plugtech warranty is not transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to avail the warranty benefits.

What qualifies?

Products that are purchased directly from Plugtech.in or other online shopping portals where our company is directly selling i.e Amazon, Ebay, Snapdeal & many other websites are entitled to avail the warranty of the products. The warranty does not cover the following :
Normal wear and tear from daily use of a product
The product was used for unintended purposes
Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of the product
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
A product is not genuine or not manufactured by plugtech

How to submit a warranty:

Customer needs to send mail regarding the problem with the product on care@plugtech.in. After the approval from our support team customer needs to send us the product with the product and invoice at our service center.

Return the package to:

Plugtech 13, Khan Compound, Manorpada, L.B.S Marg, Opp. Bramhala Talao Udyan, Nr Babubhai Petrol Pump, Thane West, Thane – 400601, Maharashtra, India.

Including all of the information above in your package will help ensure prompt processing of your warranty claim.

All of the shipping costs for sending back your case will be in the responsibility of the owner of the case. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees are in the responsibility of the owner.

We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to Plugtech. Plugtech is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.

Once the product is received by Plugtech, we will inspect the product (within 7-10 business days of receipt on average) to determine if the product is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Plugtech, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. Plugtech will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.
